1. Purpose of the platform

Masmas.ge is a search directory for teachers and instructors. It helps visitors discover professionals, compare profiles, and contact them directly. Masmas is not a party to lessons or agreements between teachers and learners.

2. Creating an account

Users must provide accurate, current information, protect their account, and must not use another person’s personal information without permission. A parent or legal guardian must create an account and confirm consent for a learner under 16. False or misleading profiles are prohibited.

3. Teacher profiles

Teachers are responsible for the accuracy of their experience, specialization, price, availability, and contact information. A new profile is reviewed internally and is published only after approval. “Profile verified” means Masmas has reviewed the profile’s basic information and completeness; it is not a guarantee of qualifications, licensing, background, or learning outcomes. Users should independently verify any information important to them before making an agreement.

4. Reviews

A review must reflect a real experience, be respectful, and must not contain threats, discrimination, advertising, or another person’s private information. New reviews are published immediately. The relevant teacher and a Masmas administrator may delete a review.

5. Direct contact

The phone number provided by a teacher is shown publicly on the profile so visitors can call or send a WhatsApp message. The teacher and learner are responsible for lesson terms, price, timing, and payment.

6. Prohibited use

• Publishing false, misleading, or unlawful information.
• Harassing another user or misusing personal information.
• Attempting to damage the platform’s security, operation, or data.
• Posting automated spam, mass messages, or manipulated reviews.

7. Limits of responsibility

Masmas works to keep profiles and information accurate, but does not guarantee a particular learning outcome, availability, or a teacher’s service. Users should verify all important terms before making an agreement.

8. Changes and contact
